Return & Exchange policy:

  • Product(s) can be exchanged from https://lkwesternwear.com/ within 7 days from the date of purchase. Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, jewellery, accessories & essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or Exchange. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange OR We can refund through bank transfer. 
  • Buyer will need to bear the cost of courier charges for return and will refund the remaining cost of the items via your bank account transfer or easy-paisa.
  • All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
  • We will not accept any return or exchange if the item is found damaged and dirty.
  • Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.

Delivery:

  • We ship orders from Mondays – Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don’t operate on public holidays. Our aim is to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours).
  • Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Same Day Delivery in Karachi:

  • Please note that an additional fee of Rs 400 applies for BYKEA courier service for same-day delivery within Karachi only. Kindly be advised that this service is available in select areas of Karachi. For further information, please contact our customer service department during working hours.

Urgent Delivery in Major Cities of Pakistan

  • We are pleased to offer next-day urgent delivery services for all major cities within Pakistan, except Karachi. To avail of this service, we kindly request customers to make an advance payment and cover the Rs 600 delivery charges. Please consult our customer service team before placing an order for urgent delivery.
