Return & Exchange policy:
- Product(s) can be exchanged from https://lkwesternwear.com/ within 7 days from the date of purchase. Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, jewellery, accessories & essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or Exchange. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange OR We can refund through bank transfer.
- Buyer will need to bear the cost of courier charges for exchange for the items.
- All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
- We will not accept any exchange if the item is found damaged and dirty.
- Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
- Please note that all supplement sales are final. For health and safety reasons, supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you’d like to exchange an item, a handling fee of Rs. 450 will apply.

Delivery:
- We ship orders from Mondays – Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don’t operate on public holidays. Our aim is to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours).
- Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan costs Rs. 300.
Important Note:
If you’d like your parcel delivered in a secure box—either for yourself or as a gift to someone—so the products remain safe and presentable, you can choose our secure and elegant 5 kg box. An additional cost of Rs. 2,500 applies, as the courier charges this package as a 5 kg shipment.
